VDeo is handmade by Brenda Wilkinson, an animal loving, vegan, eco-warrior activist who is passionate about the natural world and reducing her footprint on the earth. Her dislike for chemical-based household cleaning and personal care products inspired her to start making natural products from scratch. Using only high quality, plant based/natural ingredients these products are also great for healthy skin and a healthy body.
Since 2014 Brenda has operated EnviroBren, an earth-friendly business providing palm oil free, cruelty-free, eco aware products to customers who wanted to do the right thing by the environment and the animals we share it with. Initially under the umbrella of EnviroBren, VDeo Vegan Deodorant fragrances have been made with love in Brenda’s Karma Kitchen in Perth, Western Australia.

Making a great vegan product was extremely important to Brenda. VDeo fragrances are free from animal products, and using aluminium, parabens and other chemical ingredients was never an option. VDeo vegan deodorant is like skincare for the underarms.
Using gentle, plant-based ingredients such as Candelilla Wax, Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Tapioca Starch and essential oils.

A 2012 trip to Borneo to see the deforestation and devastation of Orangutan (and other native species) habitats to make way for palm oil plantations was a major turning point for Brenda.
Witnessing first hand the heartbreaking destruction inspired Brenda to create products that would never contain palm oil.

Return & Reuse
Brenda recognises that it is important to walk the walk and talk the talk with the packaging of her VDeo fragrances. To maintain integrity with this mission she asks her Perth based customers to return their empty VDeo Vegan Deodorant jars and lids to be washed, sterilised and reused. As much as possible, the VDeo ethos is to reuse and not dispose of.
